Extra lids are provided to help keep food warm longer (Note: this steam table is designed for dry use only).

Our commercial steam table comes with area-separate heating and heating preservation features. Equipped with two power cords, you can control the left and right sides separately for partial control. Each well is heated by a u-shaped heating element, independently controlled by the knob. The thermal insulation function helps maintain the internal temperature as desired.

In addition, this commercial warmer for restaurants includes a foldable cutting board (7" wide x 1.8" thick) for extra workspace, allowing you to easily prepare ingredients. The durable undershelf (1.8" width) is ideal for storing serving utensils, food pans, lids, and more, ensuring all necessary tools are within reach.
